"There was a quick turnaround on my order. I did have issues with their curbside pickup, specifically with the telephone prompt for curbside delivery. The number it was telling me to press would state that I was “Entering an invalid number” and would immediately hang up on me. Eventually I just pressed the number for the in store customer service and they were able to get my order out to me. My order did not come with the advertised “gift note”. Either way my wife was happy the jewelry I got for her."

"My daughter and I went into the Charleston branch on 8/26/2023 because she was wanting to get some pieces of jewelry she was looking for. When we walked in, there was a group of kids in the back of the store and two adults that were being helped. Someone checking out and my daughter and I. We had been walking all around Charleston sightseeing and shopping all day in the heat. We we both in normal t-shirt and shorts. Another group of girls walked in that were dressed up and were right off asked if they needed any help and was offered drinks while offering the kids cookies, cupcakes and drinks. We continued to look just to see if anyone would even attempt to help us. She was trying to find a certain ring she was wanting. The lady that works there with glasses and blond hair judged A book by its cover instead of treating us like the other customers. I would have been happy to drop whatever amount for the jewelry my daughter wanted, but instead we left. It’s said when an establishment can make an 18 year old feel like they don’t belong there."

"workers decided to acknowledge everyone else in the store but me and my mother. I came in to buy some rings and got no help from anyone, im guessing it was because we didn’t look ideal to them as everyone was dressed up and we were in t shirts and short.I decided to spend my money elsewhere were i’ll actually be acknowledged rather than stared at and ignored…"
