The Managers are not able to see that they are detrimental to the service, they need to resign, go do something else that don't require a brain."

"my mattress has been delayed for over 12 days and no straight answers from anyone. it keeps saying my package is being held here. why? they don’t give me any straight answers. my mattress was supposed to be here 7/31 it’s 8/12. and every time i try to talk to someone they say it’s been delayed by the weather or some other blatant lie. i even talked to a real person on the phone who ignored all of my questions and told me someone would contact me in 24-48 hours because she made a report. that never happened. she lied. i hate fedex from the bottom of my heart. because of them i have slept on an air mattress on the ground for over a. week. i despise fedex."

"I am just out done with Fedex.... I live in a rural area and I have been waiting on a shipment everyday for the past week. Fedex has come to my home 3 days in a row to deliver small packages and literally will not deliver the large packages that are at 595 Northport, it alerts me everyday that the package is on the truck and will be delivered and by mid day, I will get another text saying it's been delayed and it's at the location in Port Wentworth! I really feel like they don't want to bring the package because it's so large! I have placed at least 10 calls this week and every person says something different. I will be reporting them to the BBB... they currently have no idea when I will get my shipment. They have no explanation... for what is going on. Just put it on the truck and deliver it... like you've done everything else, I will help you get it off! It's just so annoying."

"For some reason Fedex can never find my home address. After calling multiple times to give them specific address and location, and a number to call if they got lost so we could come to the road, nothing. After, the previous call a few moments ago, it was stated because they could not find my home, they were no longer going to attempt to delivery, so it is held at their warehouse. Which mind you is fine, but when you ask that the 2nd phone call it if could be held, so that we could pick it up, stated no, we have good enough directions, and landmarks to find you. This is ridiculous. I tried to be very understanding, but you can only be that so much."

"The management and staff are world class. Location is at the very end of Northport Pkwy. Entrance to parking lot is at the far end of the cul-de-sac. Customer parking is towards the left side of the parking lot. This is a great location to specify a hold for pickup for FedEx Ground shipments."
