"First and foremost, this company does not currently allow on-site parking when arriving early. Next the staff inside as in the office employees act as if drivers are completely bothering them when checking in. Then the dock person gives me a door that he just assigned to another driver not 5 minutes previously. And still sitting in the dock now for 30 minutes without being started to unload. Not to mention, I'm burning my reefer fuel because there is no cushion around the dock doors, along with not even 1 line to line up to the dock. Or even overhangs to try and protect their own employees. So let's get back to the no early/stage parking, they pay for a security guard overnight and have a huge parking area, but do not allow drivers to park here when they arrive early. If your building is locked and secured, why punish us for being early?"
