"A few of the staff and dispatchers are very cool but there are major issues with management. First off I was at the Mocksville terminal when the V.P. was there asking me why I think they have 100% turn over of new hires. I said what do you mean. He said I was the most senior driver they hired in 2022 and I was only they 90 days or so. This company is owned by a Canadian firm who also owns T-Force, CFI, CTI, Norlandian, Bulk Transport and others. I think they make too much money and Coastal is the company purposefully chosen to loose money for offsetting capital gains. The trucks are always in the shop, retreads are used 100% of the time unless it's a roadside repair. My steering wheel had a violent shaking at 45 mph and was never resolved after several attempts to address it."

"I disclosed my whole mvr and background on the application, did one day in orientation and was sent home, they seem like a good company if you have a clean record but I'm giving them a 1 star for being unprofessional"

"Love love love this company! From the beginning straight out of school, they treated me like family! As with any business, there will be problems, no brainer. It’s how that business handles that problem and the end result that matters. If I had any problems with pay, they jumped on it to make it right for me. New trucks, New training program and fast track for experienced drivers. Super friendly and willing to help when you need them most, on the road. It’s flat bedding, it’s work but with that said, many new incentives and pay raises! These people complaining about getting fired I’m sure aren’t telling the whole story.. this company wants to keep you not be deceitful or sneaky. Miles miles miles… u run hard, u get them hands down.. brand new 2022 trucks and trailers… the company is transparent and has nothing to hide. Many of these drivers that were fired, let go or whatever listened to them when they got hired but didn’t HEAR them when they got hired. They figured they’d get in the door and no one would hold them accountable with their records or their performance. Awesome starter company.. I’m good. Sold. Come on!! We’d like to add to the family."

"They put every little hard stop and over speed on my record and I could find a trucking job for three years because of it. I had no idea it was going on my record in the first place. If you are a new driver DO NOT DRIVE FOR THEM. They were awful to me and I drove hard them and in the end I got burnt. Terrible company."

"Hm. Let's see. Applied for a job driving. Explained about prior suspension. Said it was no problem. Took the $ for the background check. Then said they wouldnt hire bc of suspension. Shady business."
