"I inconvenienced myself and drove over 30 minutes away from where I was after speaking to the store manager Sheri twice. I was informed she told the associate at Tanger Outlet “to take care of me”, which she didn’t do. The manager informed me “to come to this store and the associate would fix everything to the $12 for 12 price”, which this employee didn’t do as well, when I informed the manager I had bags. Why have a manager if the employees aren’t going to do what she tell them to do? Why was I totally inconvenienced for what the manger told me would be done not to be done? Why did this employee refuse to call the manager like I requested twice? I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location or the one they have at Tanger Outlet."

"We visited the mall as our youngest decided she wanted to get her ears pierced during our Savannah vacation. Our oldest also decided to get her 2nd hole. The store was packed full of people but we didn’t wait long. Morgan took great care and walked each of our daughters through the process. When my youngest was reluctant she talked to her, calmed her down, and she didn’t even cry. I highly recommend Morgan at this location. She’s fantastic."
