"Estes has an order they’re supposed to be delivering for Home Depot on my behalf.When I say they don’t have a freaking clue what they’re doing. Cooperate need to hire professional people who care about what’s going on with their customers regardless if they’re direct or indirect professionalism is still required. If you aren’t in a hurry for anything they’re delivering then deal with them otherwise run like forest gump- Was told by Charlotte it would take a few days to send the email this was January 23 to follow up by the 26th I gave them over the weekend contacted them again on 1/29/2024 and still it’s the 1st of February and still no resolution. I will be forwarding an email to cooperate with this matter. I am planning to cancel my order if nothing changes by tomorrow."

"Completely unacceptable. I had a very large and expensive shipment to be mailed to me, and Estes was supposed to set up an appointment which also required a signature. Instead, I arrive home to see it just sitting on my lawn unexpectedly after being left completely in the dark by this company. If you value your shipment, choose anyone else."

"Currently, not pleased. I purchased 2000 lbs of feed for my farm and it was shipped to me with Estes as the shipper. It was sent 1 day shipping on Thursday. I called Friday morning to ask what time I should pick it up. The guy couldn't find it by my name, my farm name or the shipper name, but did locate the order with the tracking number from my invoice after I looked that up. He told me my package was still in Charlotte and wouldn't be here until Saturday, and they will be closed until Tuesday, when I will be at work. The contents of the package are perishable. I asked If I would be compensated for the delay since I paid for 1 day. Rick said no, not his problem, in otjer words, too bad, so sad. If my package is delivered next week safe and dry and undamaged, I may add a star to the 1 stat rating. So far, this has been awful. I have $750 tied up in that order, and hungry animals here waiting for their food. Update: I haven't heard back from anyone regarding my concerns. However, I called the Columbia shipping terminal and was told my order arrived Saturday and has been sitting outside on the docks for four days in high heat, humidity and thunderstorms. In case you are wondering, animals can not eat moldy food, just like people can't. It's poisonous. Update again, I arrived and the package looks dry. The dock is more protected than it sounded per the description on the phone."

"Estes is my favorite carrier! We ship all over the country and they are consistent and great to work with. On numerous occasions I have special request and contact the terminals directly and the folks I deal with are awesome.
