"Made rsvp for 3am to go to the airport. Was told to call at 230 am to confirm. I was told its not looking to good.... had to use uber. Way nore reliable and the cars dont seem like they are about to break down with uber. Cant say the same about blue ribbon taxi's! One good driver out of the whole company."

"I called to arrange an airport pick up at 5 AM as I didn’t won’t to chance an Uber or Lyft at that time of morning. I was told by this guy “the only people that call me are the ones that jump out and run” He continue to say my credit card must have been declined because I was calling him. Time for this guy to get out of the service profession."

"If it was possible to rate below one I absolutely would. We called to politely request a taxi to Fort Jackson, the guys response? Nope, we are proud to say we will never service Fort Jackson. Never in 30 years have I heard such an arrogant response with that a level of unprofessionalism. Best of luck to your business."

"I was told that if I pre booked a taxi online, the taxi would be ready and waiting for me at the scheduled time. I booked a taxi a week before my trip to the airport and there was no taxi waiting for me. After waiting for 5 minutes, I called to ensure that the taxi was on its way, to which they paid little attention to the fact that I had a flight to catch and needed to be picked up at that scheduled time. When I asked how long it would be, the operator told me that no taxi driver had been dispatched and it would be hard to know, not the answer you want to hear when you're in a time crunch. They are unreliable and I will never be using their services again, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else using them either."

"I called for a taxi at 3:35 PM and was told that a cab would be at my destination in about 20 minutes. After 30 minutes I called back and spoke with a woman who said they would give Kyle a call and call me right back. Bye 40 minutes after I have not received a call. I then sent a text message asking where my Taxi was. I was then asked for my location and was told he had a taxi driver 10 minutes away. I am now late for work and I would not say this service is reliable. I didn't make it to work until almost 5pm for a driving commute that only takes five minutes. When the driver arrived he was nice but all I got were excuses as to why it took an hour and a half. No discount of any sort was given and I was penalized. Not a happy customer."
