"I am only rating my experience at Toby's Fireworks, not the music store. Which by the way are side by side. My husband and I stopped by Toby's to grab a few fireworks for the new year and ended up with a 16,000 roll of blackcats!!! Lol ❤️ my husband was in heaven and we will most def return!!! Prices were very reasonable and service was friendly as heck."

"Tried to sell a piano through this business. The condescending boomer argued with me that my keys weren’t weighted, even though a simple search online, or the instruction manual in my hands at the time would challenge his expertise. Rather than telling me how much I was hoping to sell it for was unreasonable, he just hung up on me instead. I would have gladly been talked down to something more reasonable for him had he made any effort to be professional, because I really just need to get rid of it and I told him I didn’t know how much to sell it for (I was practically giving him the opportunity to tell me how much he’d pay, which we probably would have gotten to had he not hung up on me) I’d suggest wasting the gas to drive to Augusta if you want to receive decent service."

"Easy to miss store, seeing as its attached to a gas station and the owners pawn shop in the small town of Warrenville. I was happy to find one closer than Augusta and luckily the music side is all to itself at the end of the small center. The owner was friendly and offered helpful advice in how to change up my sound. Decent collection of guitars and other small instruments. A tad cramped but you can't beat good service nearby."
