For the bracelet Randy did it immediately and without charge and for the necklace, he did it in an hour since I was about to head back out of town. He and his wife were so friendly and I really appreciated that he rushed to fix it for me. :) also, when choosing the clasp, he recommended the one that was better suited to my active lifestyle, rather than the one the was more expensive- which made me trust them even more ! "These guys were fantabulous!!! I called them with no notice to see if they did same day ring resizing, they did but only with an additional cost. Well my fiancee just proposed yesterday with a beautiful engagement ring a little too small for my ring finger but a little too big for my pinky finger and I was so scared I was gonna lose it. So they told me to hurry and if I paid extra they would do it today. When I arrived they inspected it and found a couple problems with the ring that needed repaired and would cost an extra $50 to be fixed today so we said ok. When I picked it up he replaced all 12 and it would've been an extra $250 but they did it without charging me because they didn't want to see the diamonds lost out of my beautiful ring and hadn't gotten approval for the cost first.
