"I used to eat at this location one to two times a week. I now drive an extra 15 minutes out of my way to avoid this location. I have not had one single positive experience in 2 years of living in this area. They never have half the ingredients. The ones they do have are so poorly cooked it’s sinful they even serve them. If there’s even one single person in line in front of you, you will wait for 15 minutes to get your order completed. This location is a disgrace to a restaurant a lot of people used to love. Before you go to this chipotle, do yourself a favor and drive to the next chipotle because I can guarantee your experience will be better elsewhere."

"Order wasn’t ready until 25 minutes after my estimated pick up time. Then I was told that she had to make more salsa, but it wouldn’t have onions or jalapeños in it because they were out. Ordered an aqua Fresca drink, and all 4 (or 5?) of the organic drink containers were empty. Decided to get a Coke zero for my husband instead but it was clear coming out of the fountain. No lids. Restaurant looked like a bomb had gone off in the dining area and kitchen prep area. Staff was rubbing their noses with their hands. The chips tasted like they were covered in lime juice and the Guacamole tasted like it had no lime juice in it."

"Ordered online and got there at my designated time. Wasn’t worth it because I could’ve saved more time by just going through the line since I had to wait another 5mins. Plus, I get home and my order was all wrong…not even close. Workers too busy talking than getting your online order correct"

"This location has been an outright disgrace for the Chipotle name. If ordering from this location, be sure to do it in person to verify that you receive what you order. Having it delivered correctly is an absolute miracle. The competency at this location is completely non-existent. The orders are never accurate. If you order a chicken bowl, don’t expect to get chicken, you get salsa and rice. If you order guacamole and you order it after 7ish, you won’t receive it unless pigs learn to fly. The customer service is atrocious, and they will not cover full refunds or delivery due to their errors. I’m not sure if it’s their management or their standard for hiring employees, but this location needs drastic corporate intervention. Side note: if you ever want to be rich, bet money that your friends will receive the wrong order if they order delivery from here. 9/10 times, you win."
