"Horrible experience. Was told 10 minutes. Waited close to 40. The counter gentleman has a hurt back and is cussing at other employees and acting very immature. A customer came in and was told they didn't call in and place an order until the customer pulled upnthere phone. Some female in the back yelling from the kitchen that the customer was wrong and they never called it in. Honestly a very horrible customer experience."

"Got my 2 deep dish pizza the dough wasn't don't it was horrible wasn't cut right like if they were in a hurry an I always order online I only come there because it's convenient .not sure now if I go back 2 x now so I decided to do a review dough not cooked throughly"

"Ordered 2 pretzel crust cheese sauce pepperoni pizzas online for delivery. After getting the pizzas, I opened the boxes and saw cheese sauce pepperoni pizzas with regular crust and some salt thrown on the crust to pass it as “pretzel crust”. I called the store and told them they delivered the wrong pizzas and the guy said that they don’t have delivery drivers and only use door dash and I should try to reach out to them about it. I explained it wasn’t door dashes fault because the pizza itself was not what I ordered and that it was a mess up with their store. The guy then told me I could come by and pick up two pretzel crust pizzas. I informed him i’m not going to drive to their store using up my gas for an order that they messed up and that the right order should be redelivered. He said they don’t have delivery drivers and wouldn’t be able to deliver them. If that’s the case, then maybe in the future, make sure you make the order correct the first time so there aren’t incidents like this that wastes both parties time."
