"Called first with questions, then headed on over to get one ear that had closed up over the years re-pierced. I was given the choice of a single earing or a pair (You buy earrings, piercing is free with purchase). Had a very varied selection of metals and studs. Procedure for piercing is very professional, with focus on sanitizing everything, even your hands before you have a chance to reach up and touch the earrings. absolutely no post piercing discomfort. Would definitely recommend the Greenwood location for piercing. Added benefit, you get to shop the mall stores while you're there."
