"I stopped by the business on a Friday and scheduled a delivery date with Maria for the following Thursday. Thursday, I called around 3 that afternoon to make sure they were still coming. I was assured that I was on the schedule and that they were coming. They never showed! I called the next day, Friday, and Maria said she’d call the crew boss and find out what happened. I never heard from Maria again and I won’t call or recommend them to anyone. Customer service skills are as horrible as their delivery service. The owner must be losing money hand over fist with this type of operation."

"I requested for them to come after 3 pm when I was home to oversee installation of pine straw. They came and finished before I was home and left. Pine straw looked good but not as thick as it should have been for the number of bales they said they installed. You can see the old pine straw through the new straw all around the house. I do not believe I got what I am paying for and will not ever call them again."
