"The team Mike and Tola did an amazing job on my new shower installation. They arrived in a timely manner, explained the process, took care in my home and were very polite and professional! Also the master plumber stopped by to check out the job and the progress. I can't say enough how very pleased I am for choosing West Shore Home for this project. "Very disappointed. When initial doors arrived they were so defective that even a novice like me could easily see the defects. I pointed out the problem but West Shore installed anyway. Doors weren't even installed properly. New doors had to be ordered and while company issued a small minimal refund it was inconvenient having 2 doors installed. My contract had financing that I agreed to with the monthly payment amount. I thought like most finance companies the payment included the principal with interest. To my surprise interest was tacked on on top of the agreed monthly payment. This was much more than I expected. I immediately paid off the loan to avoid exorbitant interest charges. West Shore is overpriced and lacks quality control. I will not recommend them or ever use them again. Photos show defects and improper installation ( note air gaps) Update. West Shore commented back and asked me to call their customer service. I called twice, was told someone would call me back. It's been over a week and no call back. West Shores word appears to be just as bad as their service."

"We had a rough start with the Charleston location with a lot of problems. However, it was all fixed thanks to help from Curtis. Once he took over the project, everything was great. Steven and Josh were our installers, and I can not say enough great things about them. They both were beyond professional, and their craftsmanship is incredible. They showed up with amazing attitudes even at 7:30am. They both showed they truly love what they do and took pride in their work! If you are planning to use this company in the Charleston area, make sure to request them as your install team. They removed the builder grade garden tub and walk-in shower and made our vision of a his and her shower a reality."
