We shopped on a friday night (2/3) and were shocked by the lack of interaction and communication with the other sales associate Haleigh was nice and explained many things to us. We both left the store with 1 item and actually ordered the other items we wanted online because they were cheaper and the store wouldn’t price match."

"This location has by far been my WORST experience shopping through Kendra Scott. The customer service completely determined my group’s decision NOT to purchase an item. While things may have been out of stock, we were extremely understanding but we’re treated with the upmost disrespect while we were asking questions on what our options were to purchase a similar/matching item. There was a lack of communication skills and during our time, there were 3 other groups that chose to leave without buying after making an inquiry as well. This was shameful and I will be purchasing online from now on, if I do at all…"

"I went into this store on a Saturday. There were two associates in the store at the time. My friend and I were never spoken to or asked if we could be helped. One of the associates went to the back and sat down. Perhaps customer relations doesn't apply to this store. Good luck in the future."
