"EDIT #1 It bothered be enough to speak to the lady that was so rude. She totally blew me off. Not surprising. EDIT #2-got response from the Google Review team below. I called and the recording said they were closed. Perhaps that's why the store is having so many issues. Went into the store this morning. I do understand it’s the week before Valentine’s Day but I’ll say after watching and observing it didn’t seem to be that much busier than usual. I approached the counter and asked if they cleaned bracelets. Before I could even finish the rude saleswoman cut me off and said not when we are busy like we are now. We don’t have time. We can clean them Monday -Thursday but not when we are busy like this. I understand being busy. I do not understand being rude. The sales people look miserable. They don’t speak. Poor customer service. How did they also know that I wasn’t about to purchase other charms? I actually had a wish list with me and would have shopped while they cleaned. Must be nice to be doing so well that you can dismiss customers and business."

"When I went to this Pandora, I was expecting very good service as I used to work in the Pandora in Spartanburg for about a year and am knowledgeable on how to greet costumers, but I was very visibly ignored. All the employees stared at me and no one greeted me once. Then in front of me, 2 employees went to go help another customer. One of them could have at least came to me but no. I’m truly shocked and upset as I was very excited to go into this store as I’ve heard it has more variety compared to my store. Please work on your customer service and greet customers 20 seconds into them walking into the store. Thank you."

"Michelle at Pandora in Greenville, South Carolina gave me excellent customer service. I was sharing my experience that I had at Pandora in Jamaica with her. As we walked into stores at the airport, trying to buy a charm, no one would speak or acknowledge us. Needless to say, I left without a charm! However, Michelle did give me the number to corporate and definitely provided excellent customer service. Kudos to her."

"On May 7th, 2023, me and my friend had the worse experience. We stood there for about 15 minutes and didn’t receive help. Yes y’all were busy but there was one employee that just stood there and made eye contact plenty of times. We later found out her name was Kyra. She was short , with black glasses, wore all black clothing, and had her hair in a bun. As soon as other people walked into the store, she immediately walked passed us and helped them.Luckily Miss. Krystal came and helped us after she finished with two of her customers. She was very helpful and so sweet. We need more people like Krystal instead of the other lady. Please teach her better."

"I experienced the worst that a husband can go through when on a special date, he plans a surprise for his wife and a store ruins the occasion. I bought my wife's gift at Pandora and unfortunately I forgot to choose to pick it up at the store. There is a store 15 minutes from my house and it was only after buying that I realized that I had chosen to ship it to my house. At the same time I got in touch and explained the situation. I said I could pick it up at the store. They told me that I couldn't and that I would have to wait 2 to 3 days to receive it. This was on 12/23. Unfortunately, I was informed by email that I would only receive it on 12/30. Even explaining the situation and the importance of the purchase, I was not given an option. I spent Christmas without giving anything to my wife and explained the situation to her. The promise would be to deliver today, 12/30 and until this morning delivery was scheduled. To my surprise, at 5pm I received an email informing me that my delivery would only be on 01/03. This is ridiculous, disrespectful, offensive and unprofessional. I contacted the costumer service who didn't want to do anything and just told me that I had to wait for delivery and had no other option. That he was very sorry, but that he wouldn't have anything to do. My wife has 4 full bracelets, and I got this new one and bought earrings and a necklace. They're not cheap, and I've spent hundreds of dollars at this store over the years. I sincerely hope that this is not repeated with other people who plan to surprise the one they love and end up being treated as if they were receiving a favor. I never intend to buy anything from Pandora again. I don't need to go through an unpleasant and disrespectful situation like this. If customers and feelings aren't important to Pandora, I'm not a good customer for them."
