"Took my wedding ring there because the prongs that hold the stones were catching on fabrics. 400$ later my ring still caught on fabric. ( snagged on bedding, sweaters ect. ) Went back two more times to see what could be done. They offered to buff or file down the prongs a bit. Each time I figured I’d give it a chance to see if it was better. No, They said they can not file it down anymore or I’d loose my stones! I really expected more from Jared. Now must find a real jeweler to do it right! Don’t take the job, if you can’t fix the problem! WILL NEVER GO BACK! Sales people were nice, but workmanship no quality!"

"I walked into the store and was greeted by Courtney with a smile, and a very polite question asking what I had come in to browse for today. I told her I wanted to look at a couple Tissot watches, and she quickly grabbed the keys and helped me look at the watches that I was the most interested in, and even answered questions that I have had about a couple of the pieces that I had been previously unable to get answers about. I found Courtney to be extremely pleasant to talk to, knowledgeable about the products, as well as having a fantastic personality and the ability to talk to about them comfortably without any sense of pushiness or any “hard close” like I have received at many other jewelry, stores, including Jared.
