I would give his name but he had no name tag on his shirt. I gave him my credit card IN HIS HAND but he placed it on the counter when he returned it to me. I brought it to his attention and he proceeded to tell me that "your card is right there", pointing to it where he set it down on the counter. Honestly, I called him an A**hole, signed my receipt, left it on the counter and walked away. He TRIED to "be nice" after we were done but that was not acceptable to me. He should've practiced being nice from the start. "FIRST IMPRESSIONS" My contractor needed what he needed and that's the ONLY reason I did not ask for a refund and left. Next time I hope my contractor will find another business to patronize because this is NOT a business I will return to."
