"My wife went into to discuss the stone and to look as some samples. She felt ignored. She finally got what she wanted but it was not easy. We ordered the stone and they gave us an estimated delivery date of 11/10/22, when it did not arrive my builder called for an updated delivery date. We did not hear an answer for 6 days after repeated calls. Then on the 16th they tell us it will be Dec 4th. When I had been shopping prices for stone I found a distributor in Charlotte - Carolina Stone Products. It is a long story but unbeknownst to me they had placed an order for me on 10/14/22 and they called me to tell me they are ready to deliver it on 11/23/22. I have not found B&L to be very responsive and wish I had not done business with them."
