"DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING ANYTHING FOR DELIEVERY. I ordered a few items for delievery to my house. Their delievery service is through a second hand service. (Sparks) The delievery driver couldn’t find my address (I’ve never had an issue receiving packages to this address) and instead of calling me, they sent it back to the store. I had no idea what was going on with my package so I called Home Depot and several other numbers to try to figure what was going on with my order and every person I Called referred me to another number. Finally I found out it was sent back so I asked for a refund. I was told I would have to come to the store to either receive my refund or pickup my items even though I ordered online with my card. The reason I ordered online was because the store is quite aways from my house and I don’t have much time to get out that way. I don’t like leaving negative reviews and I like purchasing through Home Depot but this experience was aggravating."

"I wish I could give 0 stars. I’m literally sitting outside right now, I checked in for my curbside pick up nearly an hour ago. It’s like they’re playing chicken with me to see who’s going to give up first. For reasons, I don’t wish to disclose I cannot leave my car to go inside. I chose curbside for the convenience but clearly this store lacks any form of customer service. I’m highly disappointed as I frequent this store. DO NOT SHOP HERE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!"
