"After using another large chain Pharmacy in Cleveland for many months and having to wait up to 2 weeks at a time to get my medications filled and subpar service from the employees and Pharmacist there, I started going to Ingles and while there still maybe a wait on getting the medications I need, it's only 1 or 2 days compared to 2 weeks. Ingles Pharmacy employees and Pharmacists are very nice and helpful!! I'm thankful they help me when I need it"

"This is one of the best pharmacies in the southeast US. The bad reviews are from people who don't understand insurance or how pharmacies operate. A regular wait time here is about 5 minutes. No other pharmacy I've been to can consistently do this. If it's a hard to find medication, they almost always have it. They will reconcile a miswritten Rx with your doctor in minutes. They answer EVERY phone call within 15 seconds. this pharmacy deserves 6 stars. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐"
"Worst customer service experienceof my lifetime. A 1 is way too generous. The people who work there, including the head pharmacist, are hostile & disrespectful. Called my 40 year MD an idiot. They were too lazy to fill a needed prescription even though they had 4 hours. I strongly suggest you don't trust this awful business."
