"Exceptional and fun tour as always! Trish is the best in the business! Her photos are amazing! Remember if it's your expectation on any ghost tour that you're going to have a paranormal experience, it doesn't always happen. I have toured with the majority of guides in the Charleston area and although most are exceptional, Trish is my favorite. As a part-time paranormal investigator myself, I find Trish refreshing and an exceptional tour guide. Her knowledge of the History of our beloved Charleston is worth going on the tour for, and yes we have had many "experiences" with Trish that could not be explained!"

"What a fun ghost walk! We went as a family for my daughter’s birthday and had the best time. I caught some orbs on camera and we experienced some real ghostly activity. Trish is the real deal!"

"The tour was so disappointing. While Tricia is a nice woman she was only really interested in showing videos and photos of lamps moving and orbs and the only stories were about her seeing things… usually in places not on the tour (her house, a friends house etc) or other stories of past tours and lights flickering. I’m not sure if she just doesn’t know the history of Charleston or not as we learnt nothing of Charleston. We always go on ghost tours when we travel and a normal ghost tour mixes in the history of locations with stories of who died where and how and how that being came to haunt a place. This tour will give you none of that. At the end of the tour we went into the pub (the tour meeting place) and 3 other couples that were on our tour were also there, they too thought it was so bad and were booking with another ghost tour company for the next night. Look around for other tours and don’t book the first one you see like we did."
