"WARNING! Expect almost $3000.00 in Added/Hidden fees to the price. And when the sales manager got involved, his tone was condescending especially when I confronted him with all the hidden fees, he said all the dealers are doing it...not true. The sales Lady was very sweet, too bad she is working for such a horrible dealership. NOT RECOMMENDED. Response to Ace Campbell: Mr Campbell, to contact you will be a bigger waste of time than I did when I walked into your dealership especially since I already bought a better equipped car than the one you have for a considerably less money. My Review was NOT a leverage point intended to get a desired deal in lieu of deleting or amending said review. Rather, It was an honest opinion and a warning to unsuspecting victims of your unethical practices. Decent dealers do still exist, but based on my experience, Jim Hudson is NOT one of them."

"Nic Cooper was AMAZING. He was very knowledgeable of the repairs that I needed. He was very clear on the recommendations and even offered a company that we could contact for a loan if we needed assistance with the payment. He was very understanding and patient. I would say he I just was customer service looks and sounds like!"

"Just left this dealership. I came to buy a CT4 blackwing with a check in my pocket from USAA. I drove here from Shaw AFB for the sole purpose of buying a specific car TONIGHT. I walked in… waited beside the car and no one could be bothered to speak to me. Even the guy at the receptionist desk didn’t acknowledge my presence. Now I have to drive to Atlanta to get the exact same car. I don’t understand how someone in a sales environment would ignore a customer. I’m obviously in my 40s…. Obviously military, and I pulled up in a nice car. The sales team here is either , blind or lazy."

"I called and was quoted a $365 price for a transmission flush. I dropped the truck off the night before. They called the next day and told me that my truck was ready. I asked what the final price was and they told me almost $900. They ended up giving me a "discount" bringing the total down to almost $700 since the original quote was 365. I never received any call, saying the price would be higher before doing the service or that the price increased. When standing in line to pick my truck up, a lady in line in front of me had the same thing happen to her. The quote was far less than the amount charged. Wasn't told prior, and then gave a "coupon" to bring the charge back down a little bit. This place looks nice, but they make a lot of their money by lying and taking advantage of customers."

"I’m not a huge fan of dealing with dealerships on vehicle purchases, however Heather (sales) was amazing to work with. Not only that, but Jade in finance was also very down to earth. Both of them gave me comfort and confidence in my car purchase. On top of it, I came from out of State (3.5 hour drive) and they really made me feel at home. Thank you Heather and Jade!"
