"Absolutely horrible I spent almost $200 on a reversable belt I’ve only used twice. On the second time of me wearing it the mk badge fell apart and broke literally while I was walking. I called to see if they just sold the badge so I wouldn’t have to buy a whole new belt and they said no that they did not just sell the buckle I would have to buy the set. And since I did not have the receipt since it was bought a couple months back that they couldn’t do anything if a belt is gonna be almost $200 it should be made with good quality that isn’t gonna fall apart with 2 uses product is absolute trash."

"Terrible experience. So rude, it’s like the employees enjoy feeling better than their customers. Also if you want to make a return or exchange, good luck. Online customer service doesn’t work because MK online considers themselves separate from the box store. I can’t believe people pay that much money to be treated so rudely. Shame on you MK."

"I went into this store Tuesday December 6, 2022. I am going to assume if you do not look a certain way they do not acknowledge you nor ask if you need help with anything. I went to purchase 3 purses bc my mother step mother and gran have been admiring all 6 of the ones I purchased last year so I figured I would buy them all one for Christmas this year. After standing in there and one looking at me and walking to the back then the two ladies standing at the counter just talking away I looked back bc I was standing in front of some I wanted but I refuse to ask for help when it would have been offered. I just stated I will spend my money online and walked out. I guess I didn’t “LOOK” Like I was about to spend anything so my look didn’t require assistance!! BAD LOOK AUGUSTA!!!!"

"I just have to tell about my experience in this store. First off, I was with my daughter and we are both from Florida. I just wanted to go in and check it out. Maria greeted us and was very helpful, friendly, and just very nice. I must say we literally had the poor girl running, never gave us any inclination that we were bothering her. After we picked everything out, she rang us up and that’s when my credit card was declined! She ran it thru again, DECLINED! There was no possible way that my card was declined! I was so embarrassed!!! I paid cash and apologized. We left the store on the phone with the credit card company and ended up getting everything worked out. Went back to our hotel, and this sweet lady text me asking if everything was ok. I must say that no one has ever done anything like that before! Maria definitely went above and beyond!!!! Thank you Maria!!!!!!"
