"Honestly not worth the amount they charge for rent, $570 a month per person, 4 people per apartment = $2280 per tiny apartment each month. I had a place in Columbia similar to this that charged around the same amount (probably less) but the big difference is they had aminities (pool, basketball court, volleyball, tennis court, fitness facility and more) and plenty of decent parking that isn't gravel/rocks. It was single lease as well, fully furnished with cable & internet, but i left to be closer to SCSU. If you can commute or find somehere like a house to split rent with someone on, I would highly suggest doing that instead. The only reason they get away with charging the amount they do is because there aren't as many options in Orangeburg for off campus living that caters to students like there is in Columbia. Also it's not safe, there were fights and even a few shootings while i was there."

"Horrible Place! I’ve lived here for the past 2 years and have had a horrible experience since I moved here. The rent over priced and not reasonable at all!! They don’t care about you all they want is the money. Switched roommates 3 times in the past 2 months because of nastiness. Horrible roommates, horrible living environment. Always nosey and hard to get sleep at night and not enough parking for the people that actually live here because it’s always taken by non residents. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone but if you like loud music and nosey people out of your window everyday then this is the place for you."
