"Honestly the care my children receives I don't like I feel like my answers don't get answered completely or blew over with a quick response...I was told that two year olds are trifling that my one year olds are crazy babies and I just don't find the humor in words like this being used to children...Dr.Niebanck herself didn't say these things but being that my children never have just 1 doctor it's highly disturbing. I plan on getting my children away from this place. Last week they had a mess up on there in I have 2 sets of twins it's hard for me to get to these appointments I received 1 messages stating that my daughter had and appointment at 1 time so I assumed that being that they were twins the times was the same I get there and they tell me they can only see one twin even tho I had evidence stating the time of the appointment no one would help fix the situation it was nothing anyone could do... But two weeks beforehand the doctor's office wrote on paperwork that if they weren't seeing services will be discontinued. That's not something they mentioned to me but mentioned to someone that wasn't even their parents and because the person knew me because it's one of my kids therapies they told me. I know this is against the HIPAA law"
