"Find another Internal Medicine office, never saw the doctor, the Nurse Practitioner was not helpful among his questionable recommendations. I was forced to do a video call even though I had already scheduled an in person visit a month prior, and I was informed the day of the appointment despite my condition. The individual who called me did not take my situation seriously. I came here due to immediate follow up from a hospital visit from out of state. Lesson learned, I was seen quickly but the quality of the people working there was very poor. If you can, I advise to wait for an appointment at an internal medicine office that will provide a quality service. These people only care about $"

"I had my initial consult today. Dr. Wood, the nurses, and front desk staff were amazing. They truly listen to you, make you feel welcome, and address your issues. First impressions go a long way and today they got an A+."

"I was seen here by a very good doctor. But afterwards, communication fell apart. I sent messages via MyChart which to date have been ignored. I tried calling the nurse number, it just asks for an extension and then hangs up. I talked to the front desk who explained the phone system has issues. It's the same conversation I had 3 months ago with the front desk. So it's not getting fixed. The front desk had no resolution. I explained I'll be moving my business to another doctor. Again this isn't an issue with the doctor, but with the facility. It's like working with a 3rd world country except it's in America and it's simply * not * acceptable."

"The Doctors are amazing. The clerical staff is terrible and/or triage that handles call backs and My Chart. I've been a patient for about 8 years and it keeps going down hill. When the staff doesn't know an answer they say I don't know, instead of let me find out for you. This definitely does not line up with Prisma Health's Care and Compassion values they strive so hard for. I've RARELY gotten a call back when one was requested. I have to call back in to follow up on the follow up they are suppose to give me. Absolutely TERRIBLE. I'd like to end this review with how amazing the Doctors are, its a shame that they are represented by such a terrible front staff."

"I walked into this clinic without an appointment when I arrived at 8 AM on that day but the receptionist was very kind to work me in quickly and I was seen by the nurse at 8:12 AM. I met the new nurse there who was very kind to me. She did my vitals and my blood pressure was very high. I told her that was unusually high so she left the cuff on my arm and measured my BP three more times in order to get an accurate value. She was patient and smart. The Nurse Practitioner (Rebecca) took her time listening to my case and then prescribed what I exactly needed to treat my illness. She was very caring and professional. It was somewhat concerning to me prior to this first visit when I read all the poor reviews here on google but I was very satisfied after my wonderful experience at this clinic."
