"My crawlspace had all of the insulation dropped which needed to be fixed, and I also wanted to waterproof the space and add a dehumidifier. I chose 3 companies based on Google reviews to call including Crawlspace ER. One company never called back. Bryan, the owner, from Crawlspace ER and another company called back right away. I also had an issue with poor drainage underneath my deck and was pleasantly surprised when I discussed the job with Bryan over the phone that he also specializes in French drains and drainage issues. Crawlspace ER was my second estimate, and it was obvious that the first company overestimated the scope of work that needed to be done. Bryan's estimate was fair and addressed just the work that was necessary for our home. Kudos to Holland, the lead technician on our job and his crew. They were super neat, and the cut outs for the drains on our lawn were done neat and our grass has already grown back. The work done was quality and our crawlspace is now neat, dry, and dehumidified. The drainage issues under my deck are resolved and CrawlspaceER has a biannual maintenance plan to check out the crawlspace. Bryan and Holland are gentlemen, and I highly recommend Crawlspace ER!"

"Called for service on my crawlspace on Tuesday... took all my information and were very pleasant on the phone. Told me they would get back to me to set up appointment (like same day or next day)... never heard back from them. If you don't want my business or the project is not big enough to be worth your time... tell customers! Don't leave them hanging! Update... I was upset at lack of follow-up as promised from CrawlspaceER and had another vendor take care of the issue. I will give Crawlspace ER credit for contacting me and trying to make amends for their original mistake... I appreciate the efforts and will call Crawlspace ER in the future if I have an issue... thank you for trying to help after the fact."

"Bryan, Jeff, and the rest of the crew were extremely professional throughout the course of this crawlspace process from initial quote to work completion (and cleanup). Bryan came out when he said he would and spent more time under the home grabbing pics/videos than the other 3 services we called. Our home was a tough job - built 1930 on James Island with approximately 18-24” to work with - and the crew took it in stride. They assessed our home which sits fairly low for a perimeter drain and sump pump, full encapsulation, moisture barrier, and dehumidifier. It wasn’t a cheap job but compared to the other quotes we received they were very competitive. After work was completed the humidity levels immediately lowered to under the 55% threshold and we had no signs of water under the home even after heavy rain as the sump pump did it’s job! We’d recommend Crawlspace ER to anyone with an issue under their home big or small."
