"Expect a different approach to your body wellness at your first visit. Beth is very analytical and custom designs stretches and exercises to suit your pain and/or injuries. You will leave each section with a printout of how to improve/strengthen whatever is not working. Work the printout daily and you will see amazing results!"

"I went to several physical therapists before i was recommended to Beth. I had chronic pain and numbness that was progressively worse over a year. Beth is the best. Period. It was a totally different experience than any other clinic I went to. She is so knowledgeable and so patient. She teaches you why you have symptoms and how to take action to correct them.
