"Attempted to start sessions with this “therapist” - first session couldn’t be scheduled until 3 weeks out. 4 days prior to the session she texted that she was cancelling the session because her questionnaire wasn’t filled out yet. Gave me until 8pm that day or else!!! I completed the paperwork that night. Morning of the session I tested positive for Covid. I had to cancel the session. Within hours she still charged for the full session. When we called her about it simply asking that she apply it to a future session, she showed no empathy and actually said if we were an existing patient that she ‘would be more understanding’ - she is completely unethical and should not be giving advice to anybody. Unbelievable."
