"Miss Louise was following the CDC COVID guidelines but the overall experience was positive. It was difficult communicating with the masks and separation but she was positive, helpful and friendly explaining everything as she went along. After the process was done, she reviewed the tax return details with me to ensure it was error free. I tried doing my taxes at home, but just got really nervous I would make a mistake. She is a true professional and I would Definitely recommend her if you need to get your taxes done."
