"I would just love a response by email is fine but I've called the IRS,I've reached out to our tax preparer, and also the online IRS site and I can't get info from either source. We filed in March so we should have an update at the least, showing up somewhere. This is ridiculous now, I understand the hours change after tax season but customers are still customers. Regardless we had great communication while paying for the service so I don't understand why it's more of a quiet game now that we are needing and waiting on updates about OUR money."
