"Server (unfortunately can’t remember her name) forgot to put in our drink order and we waited 45 minutes for drinks. Seemed very put out having to do her job. Other than that had a great time. Got up the next day and found that we had been charged twice for the bill amount. Put in a call waiting to here back but calling bank to dispute. Sad to say I would not recommend or return to this establishment."

"Extremely poor customer service from the door guy and manager. No care in the world for our complaints. Out of town guests and will never be back. Our server and the food was good/average so shouldn’t be a factor into the bad review of the manager/door guy."

"I don't recommend this to anyone. Expensive and the waitstaff told us they were not allowed to try any of the food (which is bizarre) and so we didn't know what to try. The waitstaff was very unfriendly and seemed like they didnt want to be there at all. The "veggie burger" is not actually vegetarian at all. It is a regular burger with veggies on it. (See pic). Very deceiving. The fishbowl drinks are a ripoff as well - majority of it is ice and the price is ridiculous. Either they have had some incidents or they don't trust anyone bc there are security guards throughout the place and just emanating weird vibes. Music was okay, but it is mostly the pianists pandering for money the whole time as part of their shtick. Plenty more places to visit in Greenville. Save yourself the money and effort."

"Do not pay with cash and use your credit/debit card as a hold. The server pocketed the cash and charged my credit card. Maybe he forgot to turn the cash in??? I have to say I will be disputing the charge placed on my credit card. I'm also still waiting on a callback from management (day 4). Other than that we had a great time. I hope this matter is resolved soon. We all know No business or employee are perfect. I'm hoping this is somehow a honest mistake. ...................... Update: Owner reimbursement our card as promised. If you haven't been to Jack & Diane. I would suggest going for a great time. We will be back!!!"

"Absolutely amazing! We rented the place out for a corporate event and the musicians were amazing! The staff was fabulous and accommodating to our larger party! We couldn't have asked for a better night out after a long day of meetings."
