It has been determined that assistance is not going to be of any positive outcome, due to my mother clinging to fear and being unwilling to do the home exercises. That being said, the lack of consistency with the technician visits and on several occasions scheduling visits on consecutive days was not at all helpful. We appreciate the attempts and the honest evaluations."
