She started the program in a basement in Thomson GA. 1st place, moved to Gordon Hwy GA, 2nd place, newest off Davis Rd Martinez GA. 3rd place. Couldn't help notice her raving review, also the pics of offices not listed as stated directly under the pictures. ?? Im checking into this business bc I'm concerned my "therapist" isn't listed. No listing of staff, except for a pic of some ladies around the sign. I was given the impression that this business is part of UH Behavioral health facility. If anyone has information on this, I'd like to read info you have. From reviews I'm more concerned than before."
"This place is a FRAUD! They aren't even licensed counselors! they didn't even review my sister's file before meeting with her for the first time and put her in some very dangerous situations!"
"I only chose the 1 star because I had to in order to proceed. This place is very disorganized and unprofessional. The only thing they are concerned about is the money from the insurance companies. How this place is still allowed to be in business is beyond me. They do not address your concerns, they do not keep appointments, they show up when and if they want. And if you express concerns over their unstability they attack you personally and try to make you feel like you did something wrong. My daughter was assigned to this counseling center for an IFI team and she needed stability and consistency, they provided neither. If you get assigned here, run. Find another provider. They made my child's conditions worse and they haven't even attempted to make contact in over a week knowing she's been hospitalized. I reached out to them a week ago and I haven't heard a word from them. She was supposed to see each of her 3 counselors once a week and in the 7 months we have been assigned to this company, we've seen them maybe 30 times. Its just sad. If my daughter needs to continue with an IFI Team when she comes home I will be finding another service provider. This place is a joke."
