"I went into Restore not knowing what to expect, but Crissy was so knowledgeable and friendly. As someone who is well educated in my field (music), I know when someone is an expert by the way they can run through a large quantity of information concisely and with clarity which is what happened the first time I visited along with some breathing exercises. The second time I visited I was unable to have an internal exam so she checked over everything she could and worked on deep breathing exercises with me. The third time we had the external exam and she was extremely professional which put me at ease. We then worked on some stretching and breathing exercises which she was able to adapt for me specifically. After every appointment she sent me follow up pdfs of the exercises I needed to complete. I was able to print those and laminate them for my music studio (where wellness is a primary focus) for some of my parents to look at as they are waiting for their students to finish lessons and to use as a point of reference for my older students (and myself) who have tension/breathing problems when playing. Pelvic Floor Therapy is about wholeness not just fixing the symptoms and I will definitely be back!"
