"I have been a patient there for several years. I was seeing Jennifer who was very compassionate and always got me my meds on time ( she is the only reason I gave them 1 star. Jennifer had to take time off and they assigned me Megan. Worst move ever! She can never seem to get my refills in on time. I had to call the office every month to have her call in meds. I guess they got tired of that and the last time I called they told me that she said it was time for me to be seen. Yes but a week later. She does not care nor does she understand that mental health meds need to be taken every day and on time (psych 101) she is lazy and because she can’t do her job she puts the blame back on the patient. I felt like the entire office staff knew about my issue. They don’t need to know my business! HIPPA is supposed to protect us from allowing that to be ok. Not to mention that in my entire time there I NEVER SAW DR. Wiley!!"

"Megan is amazing I have seen over 13 psychiatrist in my life and Megan was the only doctor to every care and listen. Amazing doctor. And Dana is awesome also the few times I saw him."

"My name is Megan. I was seen there for years and seen Jennifer. Jennifer is amazing and they don't deserve her. I was manic having anxiety and dealing with bipolar and anxiety. Then Jennifer was on leave and they sent me to Meghan. She was rude she lied she didn't prescribe my medicine. The staff is very rude and mean and disrespectful no one would help. I drove 6 hours after moving to see Megan in person and she was at an anderson office I never even heard of and told me she had to go and wasn't writing my medicine. Make another apt she wasn't waiting for me to come from the peidmont office to anderson to see her. She told me u needed better time management. I lost it along with my mind. Then they sent me a bill for missing my last appointment. I was always seen in peidmont. So for me this place was good. Then it became what almost brokee."

"Didn’t even make an appointment. I expressed concerns in the intake form and the receptionist called me to belittle me and tell me that they didn’t offer a certain service which wasn’t even the whole reason I am looking for a psychiatrist/therapist in the first place. Then told me she didn’t think they would give me a prescription for something that I already take HA. She was so snappy and rude I had to hang up because if that’s how the receptionist treats patients then it’s not something I want to be apart of. Website seemed so great and was exactly what I was looking for. I can only imagine the amount of people that he misses out on due to the way his receptionist is."

"Been seeing Jennifer for 5 years and she’s the best. Love her. They are a growing practice with a new NP as well, i have seen her while Jennifer was out on vacation, and she’s wonderful too. Jennifer, is outstanding, She’s compassionate and understands, she’s been through things herself. I have depression and anxiety and lost my sister to suicide. We have a lot in common. Dr W is blessed to have her, she is why I continue to come to the office. They have negative feedback on here because of the receptionists in the Anderson location the last few years, they’re working on that. The doctors and nurse practitioners however, they’re on it. The counselors, like John, they’re on it. It is a good practice overall."
