"I have found heaven!!! J Renee is very knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. She made me feel comfortable and walked me through what she was doing and making me aware of how I can continue my self care at home. On the flip side, I wish the management of the Sola Salon would address the rude, loud obnoxious stylist that’s right next to where I received my massage. To consistently hear her outburst was a true upset and didn’t allow me to get the full relaxation that I paid for. She left her door open knowing she was loud and just didn’t care. This is definitely a bad look for management because I’m sure there have been complaints regarding this issue. The other issue was the loud, extremely cold air vent located right above me while I was laying on the table. Hopefully management will either address these issues or compensate for the services."
