"My insurance almost doubled in less than 1 year. I don't trust these folks any longer. I have had my insurance with them for years and I have never had an issue until now. I called over 10 days ago to discuss this and was told that thet would shop around for other coverage and let me know. As of today, there has been nothing done. Good luck with your next increase. They also told me that my policy according to them was $200+ dollars more than the policy that I am looking at myself. Something is definitely wrong here. Also, I was told that I needed to call another agency myself to shop for a better deal. What a professional person my agent!!!!!"
