"I do not recommend this place AT ALL!!! They are refusing care to existing patients!!!! Yesterday I entered the insurance information. They said they need the physical card. No the do not! I work in insurance and billing. My insurance just changes 6 days ago! They haven't had time to send a physical card!!! They refused care!!!"

"I have already given the doctor that I was evaluated by a great review as she is excellent. I am currently seeking a provider to conduct a diagnosis for my medical condition. I had previously arranged an appointment with a provider who initially indicated a willingness to perform the diagnosis. However, later, I was informed that the focus should be on managing symptoms rather than obtaining a specific diagnosis. Despite expressing a willingness initially, the provider for whatever reason decided not to. While I understand the importance of symptom management, I am still keen on finding a healthcare professional who will provide a definitive diagnosis. In my pursuit, I revisited Zocdoc and scheduled appointments, one of which is with a provider affiliated with Mindpath. However, I received a call from them asserting that I cannot switch providers independently; it requires approval. This assertion strikes me as odd, considering the principles of choice and freedom in the United States, where I reside. It seems absurd that, as a citizen and a Veteran, I would need "permission" to select a healthcare provider. Furthermore, Mindpath scheduled a follow-up appointment without consulting me, potentially leading to charges if I miss it. This lack of communication raises concerns about their approach to patient care and financial transparency."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst psychiatrist office I’ve ever been to. Please save money and time and find another place. Charged me a late fee after never sending me appointment details. Repeatedly forgot to send me emails with office staff passing me along to multiple people, all of whom were unable to help or give me answers."
