"Called Moncks Corner Heating & Air on 3/6/22 about my A/C not working properly. They arrived around 4:00 p.m. and within 10 minutes here they found my outside breaker was off. I understand a service call and paying for it, but they charged $115. I called the owner and he said there was nothing he could do for me at all. Maybe a break for a disabled person of half that. Turning on a breaker within a few minutes of being on a call deserves a break. Will never use them again."

I ended up going to them needing hvac supplies and they had exactly what i needed and have just been amazing people each and every visit. "Got home from work and A/C was running but not cooling. Noticed nothing coming from the vents. Did a little investigating and thought the fan motor went bad. Called and talked to the guys and they agreed it was probably the fan motor. They said they had one in stock. Got there only to find out they didn't have it. As I was discussing options, being a Saturday there weren't a whole lot of them, and possibly having to wait till Monday as they didn't have anyone going to the supplier. About that time an employee came in and heard us discussing the issue. He stated he was headed to the supplier. He took my motor to make sure he got the correct one. Low and behold that "employee" ended up being the owner! He returned with my new motor and even had the guys there get my old motor out for me! Top notch local guys that know customer service! Will definitely be going back in the future!"
