"The first time they came out they poured some kind of solvent down both water lines behind my washing machine & checked the hot water heater. The a/c guy had been out the day before & had already stopped the leak! Purpose Plumbing charged me $800 for solvent & water Hester checked!!! They were here maybe 30 minutes. Two days later my ceiling starts leaking again! Purpose comes out & cuts a valve out & caps off a drain line. Oh, & placed a cover over the area they cut out. Again they were here about 30 minutes. This time they charged me $700!!!! Your pricing is WAY beyond ridiculously overpriced! $1500 for 2 visits that were less than an hour total? You gotta be kidding me!
