"I have never left a review in my life. I do not even use these counseling services. I am leaving this review as I over heard a phone conversation between someone and Meka Melcher. She referred to herself on the phone call as the "office manager". She was the MOST unprofessional, disrespectful, and unorganized employee I have ever heard. I will not give details as it is not my place to share this person's story who endured the situation, but I could NOT believe the way the situation was handled. No one, let alone someone using these counseling services, should be LAUGHED at during a phone call trying to give confidential information to use THEIR services. Again, I am only leaving this review to bring this to awareness as it was disgusting the way Meka dealt with the situation."

"If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. I had a video chat interview with Meka Clark-Melcher and therapist Cynthia Marks today. Meka Clark-Melcher is very unprofessional! Before I could disconnect the chat successfully she started talking about me being out my mind for asking for nothing under $16 for a job. Do these people not realize people have families to take care of?!? You all should be ashamed for keeping unprofessional employees around such as Meka."
