The battery would not charge. I took it to Batteries and Bulbs. After looking at it they said the battery was dead and I needed a new one, which cost about fifty dollars. A week after the battery was replaced the battery would again not take a charge. I took it back and they told me the battery charging port was damaged with corrosion and such. It cost about $100 to replace the port. After they replaced the charging port, I asked them to reimburse me for the new battery they had put in because they had incorrectly diagnosed the problem. After I stated my case, they agreed to reimburse me for the battery. I will definitely be returning to their place of business. They say that they want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and they mean it."
