"I've dealt with H&R Block my whole tax paying time & have never had an issue...until now. The employee I dealt with was not properly trained or needed a different job. She had to ask someone else to check to see if she was inputting info in right. She told me someone else had already claimed me, which the manager informed they hadn't. She also insisted I file married & separate instead of jointly, which I kept telling her & I'm married so why would I not? She even put it into the system which I had to get the manager to change. Once all of this was over I was then told I couldn't file because the employee didn't know I didn't have a paper I needed until the computer told her so. Of course I left, filed with Jackson Hewitt & had no problem whatsoever."
