"The work that I had done there was great, no issues. They even worked a better price for the part being replaced. The reason for the 4 stars instead of five was that the person who initially took my phone in told me he'd have it done in 45 minutes, but when I came back 90 minutes later, it wasn't done and he wasn't even the guy working on it. That guy told me it would be another 20 minutes. Ended up being over 2 hours total. I had lingered in the area waiting when I could have gone back to work and come back later. Fortunately, my work allows me flexibility, but it was still wasting my valuable time. Don't promise a timeframe if you can't keep it."
