"I put off repairing my phone for a while. This was so easy and my phone was working that day . I dropped it off and went shopping. They notified me that my phone was ready. When I picked it up I opened up my phone and checked it with the repair guy. All worked. Cost was about $200 but it was worth it to have my phone up and running in just an hour or so."
"They diagnosed my issue and said they had to order a part to fix it and required a $60 deposit to order. A few days later when they got the part in, took phone back in for repair. The part did not fix the issue, and they absolutely refused to refund me the deposit, removed the part, and put my old one back in. I will never take any device to CPR again. Update: The day after I posted this review, the owner called me. She apologized for the employees not being clear about their policy of an upfront non-refundable diagnostics fee (not a deposit) and issued me a full refund. I appreciate that, so came to update and bump up 1 star."

"Maureen and Zoe were amazing! My phone was broken and I had lost all of my information. They were able to recover everything and make the necessary repairs. I am not a tech person but they were able to explain everything to me. They were very caring and thorough throughout the entire process. I was able to watch their interactions with other customers and they treated everyone the same way. One great store with Two amazing people! Thank you Maureen and Zoe!"
"Extremely poor customer service and communication. I brought in a phone which had been recently repaired and was told that the phone was under warranty and that they would look at it and call back with two days. When an employee did not call me back on teh specified day, as well as three days later, I went back to the store. At that time I was told that the phone was NOT under warranty. Why did they take it in the first place? I drove a considerable distance and made four trips for nothing and was treated very rudely in the store. They emphatically refused to delineate their warranty conditions, which were not included on their invoice, even though I was told there was a warranty. I could have gone to the Apple Store instead, where all of my electronics are properly repaired and where I am always treated with respect, and not dealt with these Apple Store rejects. There was absolutely no accountability, concern, consideration, respect or attempt to resolve the issue. Don’t they know their own policies. Why was I told last week that my repair was under warranty and told a few days later that it is not? Why didn’t the store call me as promised? Please take your business to a shop which is transparent with its policies and honors what they tell customers."
