"I love going to Belk’s in Summerville. The store is always nice and clean. They always have the best sales. It’s easy to find what I am looking for, Customer service is outstanding from the time I walked in until I walk out."

"So disappointed in this store i have been coming here since they opened..today i went to pickup my order the place was in nothing but clutter you couldn't get down the aisle ..and then pickup was nothing but a disaster you go to the pickup location and there is a older woman there working so hard with a line of 15 people to check out..absolutely no one helping her.. this is such a shame this store has come to this..."

"i was there on 11/21/2023. I bought the Estee lauder block buster for $85. The associate originally told me i had to purchase $15 to receive this box for $85, she then told me once she rang up the $36 concealer, I had to purchase $50 to get the box. Mind you it advertises that you must make a purchase to get the box for $85. Come to find out from there website and Estee lauder, you only have to purchase a full-size item. there is no minimum to be able to get this box for $85. The sales lady lied to me. when I called the store the next day (11/22/2023) when I found this detail out and informed the manager on duty. She seemed to not care and wasn't concerned her sales ladies are lying to costumers to boost profits. Will never be going back to this store. Sales associate #011397, avoid this lady."

"I am so disappointed in the customer service at Belk. I am a lifelong loyal customer who enjoys ordering online. Recently I ordered a variety of shirts and pants online. Two of the shirts that I ordered were incorrectly sent. One of the shirts was a completely different shirt than the one I ordered and the other one was the wrong size. I took them with my receipt and packing slip back to the store on main Street and the sales assistant said that he could not return them because the sku numbers did not match and I explained why they did not match because I was sent the wrong thing. He said there was nothing that he could do about it and good luck trying to get any result from management because there was nothing they could do about it either. So then he told me that he could not give me the price that I paid and I would have to accept the price that they rang up at. Which I did then he said he could not put it back on my credit card but would have to get me a gift card which I did not like at all! So now I just sat down to use my gift card and it is invalid. So not only did they short me the money that I spent in good faith. But then they also shorted me the money that they gave me on the gift card because now it does not work and of course I do not have the receipt! So frustrated and disappointed."

"I absolutely love Levi's. They are the only jeans I wear. Belks had them at buy one pair get another half price. Which is awesome! You never find a good sell Levi's. I would have given them 5 stars except. They don't have plaim solid colored v-neck tee shirts. I don't like all the new age crop top, striped, bedazzled tee shirts."
