"After going to Lowe's (Their App lied and said they had my Blades) and Tractor Supply (Mower Blade shelves were virtually empty), I remembered Durdens had Lawn Mower Parts. I drove down Hwy 80 to their Store. Upon entering, the Young Lady behind the Counter asked me the Mowers Model # and if it had a 5-point attachment? The Owner came out of the back after the Sale and spoke to me about my Mower. Y'all, they were $15 cheaper than Lowe's and the Quality of the Blades was double! After living here for the past 15 years, I had never been in here until today. I will NEVER use anyone else for my Parts and Servicing of my Power Equipment! I will also be visiting Tillman & Deal as well as Anderson's General Store exclusively! These Big Box Stores have become the worst! I cannot Thank them enough!"

"I doubt I have ever met a group of thieves bigger than this place. They don’t tell you about their awful warranty policy and then they call me up on Friday evening and tell me the cost of doing the repair was $50 higher that what it cost to buy a new one. Monday comes and that’s when I’m told they do not accept products they sell for warranty work. I can’t think of a more sleazy way of doing business. There is no way any reasonable person would have taken a weed eater that sells for $40 less that you want to charge me. Any reasonable and fair person would have called me and explained your warranty policy, I should have take it back to Lowe’s where I purchased it and also bought an extended warranty. Just read what I wrote and tell me how your not a thief"

"Best customer service! It's never cheap to buy a new riding lawn mower, so you have to research. My understanding is that wherever you buy, you're gonna want someone who also repairs them or can work on them too. This was our best experience on what we were looking for. Service man took time with us, answering our questions and helped us tremendously! We ordered a part, went back to get it, and met the owner who wanted to shake our hand. Good friendly people work here, and that's why we highly recommend them!"
