"I have a warranty policy on my air conditioner of which I contacted for service repair on my air conditioner. The warranty company sent this companies name to me last week. No response from this vendor I called them, their response was "I do not work in the rain" I explained the A/C is in the attic, No response. the weekend came then Monday, No response. Called Today, they gave a lame excuse on why they could not come, Saying I could fix the unit myself if it was a condinsation problem. Good luck if you hire these people."

"This company did not even look at the issue that I told them about. He even said, “I didn’t look at that” then, he busted a fuse, and still made me wait until he was available to fix the problem that he caused. I asked him when he was going to come over and fix the issue. He said “maybe today, maybe tomorrow, maybe next week. I don’t know. I have people in front of you.” I lost several days of work and pay, Just so that I can wait for him to not even call and give me an update. He said he was going to show up at 10, then showed up at 4:30 and wouldn’t wait half an hour for me to get home. He said he was gonna call me at 11 on Thursday. He still forgot to call… Allegedly!"
